On the day of 07.03.2011 two new CHP instruments - PMEC-2011 and PMGM-2011, representing the property rights under the certificates of origin for electricity generated in 2011 in CHP sources, were introduced into the Certificate of Origin Register. The introduction results from the entries included in the Power Law Act and stating that the property rights under certificates of origin for electricity generated in CHP sources this year must not be used for meeting the obligation of redemption of the certificates for previous years.

During the period from March the 7th to April the 1st 2011 new "red" and "yellow" CHP certificates of origin, obtained for generation of electricity in 2011, will be read in the instruments. The schedule for execution of activities to be made in the COR and concerning the PMEC-2011 and PMGM-2011 instruments is the same as in case of PMEC and PMGM instruments.

On the day of April the 1st 2011 assimilation of the instruments is planned to be made - PMEC-2011 with PMEC and PMGM-2011 with PMGM, respectively. That means that active property rights being quoted in PMEC-2011 and PMGM-2011 instruments will be transferred to PMEC and PMGM instruments, respectively.
