Following the amendment of the Act "Energy Law" introducing from 1 January 2011 new kind of biogas certificates of origin, being a confirmation of production of agricultural biogas and introduction of same to the gas distribution network, the Management Board of the Polish Power Exchange decided to introduce to the Certificates of Origin Register a new instrument called PMBG. This instrument will be active in the COR from 01.08.2011.

Therefore, the appropriate amendments to the COR Regulations have been made. The consolidated text of the Regulations is available under the tag of COR.
