We inform hereby that the Polish Power Exchange Management Board, acting on the grounds of § 101 subparagraph 3 of the Trading Regulations for the Exchange Commodities Market of the Polish Power Exchange, has approved amendments to "The Day-Ahead Market Detailed Rules of Electricity Trading and Settlement".

The fore-mentioned amendments are connected with introduction of provisions regulating principles of procedures involving the RDS instrument at the Official Time Change date – 25h and changing the RDS trading schedule by shifting trade opening time from 11:00 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. The amendments will come into force on 26th October 2011.
