We inform hereby that the Polish Power Exchange Management Board, acting on the grounds of § 101 subparagraph 3 of the Trading Regulations for the Exchange Commodities Market of the Polish Power Exchange Joint Stock Company, has approved amendments to "The Day-Ahead Market Detailed Rules of Electricity Trading and Settlement".

The fore-mentioned amendments are connected with introduction of entries enabling process of re-calculation on the RDS instrument as well as the change of the Minimum- and maximum price amount for the RDN instrument. The amendments will come into force on the day of April the 1st 2011.
