The Polish Power Exchange ("POLPX") informs hereby that starting from the day of July the 1st 2011 the system of electronic distribution of invoices will be implemented. The electronic distribution system concerns all invoices being issued by the POLPX (the legal ground: the Supreme Administrative Court judgment as of May the 20th 2010, reference symbol 1444/09).

Implementation of the invoice electronic distribution system means that the invoices being issued by the POLPX for exchange fees as well as for the Register fees, which up to the present were sent to you by mail (the Polish Mail Joint Stock Company), starting from the day of July the 1st 2011 will be sent to you by electronic mail, at the e-mail address indicated by you, in Acrobate Reader file format.

The invoice electronic distribution system will concern only such entities, which will give its approval for that. In this connection POLPX puts in a request for providing us with the declaration confirming your approval for receiving of the invoices by electronic mail as well as for specifying of your e-mail address you would like to receive the POLPX's  invoices at.

On our web page  http://www.tge.pl/en/15/rules-and-regulations specimen of the declaration has been presented. The declaration should be filled in and signed by the persons authorized for representation of given Member of the Exchange or Member of the Certificate of Origin Register - in accordance with the relevant data handed over to the POLPX. Then the declaration should be sent by e-mail at the address of tge-faktury@tge.pl or by fax - fax No +48 22 341 99 97 till the day of July the 31st 2011 (the original of the declaration should be sent at the POLPX address specified in the footer).

In connection with implementation of the invoice electronic distribution system some changes have been made in the "Detailed Rules for Calculation and Collecting of the Exchange Fees and Charges". The change has been made only in the  entry concerning method of sending of invoices, while the method and the maturity of the payments specified in Appendix No 1 "Table of Fees" to " The Regulations of the Energy Certificates of Origin Registry for Property Rights to Certificates of Origin Maintained by Polish Power Exchange" as well as in the Appendix "Exchange Fees and Charges" to " The Trading Regulations for the Exchange Commodities Market of the Polish Power Exchange Joint Stock Company" has not been changed. The introduced changes come into force on the day of July the 1st 2011.
