New ("KDT") instrument in the Certificate of Origin Register Print +

Following the issuing by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of to the certificates of origin from cogeneration obtained by the producers referred to in art. 2 p.7 of the Act of June 29, 2007 on principles of the covering of the costs that arose in the producers in relation to an earlier termination of their long-term agreements on the  sales of electricity (Dz. U. No 130; pos. 905), listed in art. 9a par. 8e of the Act "Energy Law" which, due to the specific legal qualification may be cancelled towards the performance of the obligation referred to in art. 9a par. 8 p. 1 of the "Energy Law" only by direct recipients of these certificates, the Management Board of the Polish Power Exchange decided to introduce new instruments for the certificates of origin from cogeneration to the Certificates of Origin Register, called KDTPMGM and KDTPMEC. The instruments will be active in the Certificates of Origin Register from 01.08.2011

Exclusion of KDTPMGM and KDTPMEC instruments from the exchange trading

The Management Board of the Polish Power Exchange acting on the ground of § 35 par. 6 of the Trading Regulations for the Exchange Commodity Market ("Trading Regulations") excludes from the exchange trading the property rights resulting from the certificates of origin from cogeneration obtained by the producers referred to in art. 2 p. 7 of the Act of June 29, 2007 on principles of the covering of the costs that arose in the producers in relation to an earlier termination of their long-term agreements (Dz.
