09-07-10 During the first half year of 2010 the electricity trading on the POLPX increased by 75,08%
During the first half of year of 2010 the electricity trading on the POLPX’s Day-Ahead Market amounted to 2,488 TWh, while on the Commodity Derivatives Market – 1,503 TWh. So the total trading volume during the period mentioned above amounted to 3,990 TWh, what results in year-to-year increase of 75,08%.

07-07-10 Polish Power Exchange and Ukrainian Power Exchange have decided to cooperate
On 6 July 2010 the Polish Power Exchange and the Ukrainian Power Exchange signed an agreement on cooperation of both Exchanges, covering inter alia on energy trading in Poland and Ukraine, as well as joint research and exchange of experience on the activities of the parties of the agreement.
