On the day of 30.11.2010 the Polish Power Exchange Management Board, acting on the grounds of § 100 subparagraph 2 of the Trading Regulations for the Exchange Commodity Market of Polish Power Exchange (The Exchange Regulations"), decided to decrease amount of the transaction fee by the right of the exchange service, determined in Appendix to the Exchange Regulations, titled "The Exchange Fees and Charges", for all transactions to be entered into from the day of January the 1st 2011 till, the day of December the 31st 2011.
