Price of GAS_BASE_Y-23 instrument for the period up to 21.12.2022 GAS_BASE_Y-23 - the volume-weighted average price in the period until 21.12.2022 (Article 25(1) of the Act on special protection of certain consumers of gaseous fuels in 2023 in connection with the situation on the natural gas market)
Towarowa Giełda Energii (TGE), in performance of its obligation under Article 81(2) of the Act of 15 December 2022 on special protection of certain consumers of gaseous fuels in 2023 in connection with the situation on the natural gas market (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2687), provides information on the average price referred to in Article 25(1) of the above-mentioned Act. The volume-weighted average price of an annual contract with natural gas delivery in the calendar year 2023 (code GAS_BASE_Y-23), in the period from the beginning of its trading (31.12.2020) until and including the date of entry of the above Act into force (21.12.2022), rounded up to PLN 0.01/MWh is 343.86 PLN/MWh.
GAS_BASE_Q-1-23 – weighted average price for the period up to 31.12.2022 (in accordance with Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the method of determining the amount of gas-related write-off for Price Difference Payment Fund (Polish: Fundusz Wypłaty Różnicy Ceny) Dz.U.30.12.2022.2868)
TGE announces the value of the volume-weighted average price of transactions in GAS_BASE_Q-1-23 quarterly contracts in the period from the beginning of quotation of the instrument until 31.12.2022, i.e. the entry into force of Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the method of determining the amount of write-off for Price Difference Payment Fund applicable to natural gas. The volume-weighted average price of a quarterly contract with natural gas delivery in the first quarter of the calendar year 2023 (code GAS_BASE_Q-1-23), in the period from the beginning of its quotation (31.12.2021) until the date of entry of the above Regulation into force (31.12.2022), rounded up to PLN 0.01/MWh is 783.97 PLN/MWh.
Cr – weighted average price referred to in Article 31a(2) of the Act on special protection of certain consumers of gaseous fuels in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the natural gas market
Towarowa Giełda Energii (TGE), in performance of its obligation under Article 81(3) of the Act of 15 December 2022 on special protection of certain consumers of gaseous fuels in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the natural gas market (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2687), provides information on the average price referred to in Article 31a(2) of the above-mentioned Act („Cr” price). The volume-weighted average price of forward contracts with natural gas delivery in the calendar year 2022, traded in the period from 01.10.2021 until 31.12.2022 on the organised trading facility operated by TGE, excluding GAS_BASE_S-W-22 instrument, rounded up to PLN 0.01/MWh is 474.17 PLN/MWh.
Publication of the Register of Guarantees of Origin (RGP) – Obligations Specified in the Act of 20 February 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources (Journal of Laws 2015, item 478)

In accordance with its obligation under Article 125a(1) of the Act of 20 February 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources, Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. hereby informs that the annual residual energy mix for the settlement year from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 amounts to 137 595 744 MWh (value rounded to 1 MWh).
The Pen parameter has been calculated as the total amount of electricity generated and supplied to the distribution or transmission grid based on data received from the TSO (Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.) and electricity delivered via direct lines based on data received from the Energy Regulatory Office.
