TGE’s Day-Ahead Market celebrates its 25th anniversary
On 30 June 2000, the first session was held on the DAM for electricity with delivery on 1 July 2000. The Day-Ahead Market initially operated based on a local model and the quotations were held for 24 hourly instruments with a single fixing.

Entity No. 3000 activated in the Guarantees of Origin Register
The 3000th entity was entered yesterday to the Guarantees of Origin Register maintained by TGE since 2014. The Register is addressed to generators of electricity from both renewable sources and high-efficiency co-generation, trading companies, brokers and all other stakeholders interested in the certification of electricity origin.
