Polish Power Exchange has defined ethical actions within communication, promotion and advertising in the Code of Ethics
- All informatory, advertising, marketing and PR actions of TGE are performed in compliance with the principles of transparency and open information, following the principles of the protection of confidential information and company secrets.
- TGE provides reliable and clear information on services and products, ensuring that the information is not misleading for anyone, especially within the risk related to trading.
- The advertising/marketing/PR communication of TGE may not be misleading for its recipients, may not breach the trust of the recipients or use their lack of experience or knowledge.
- The advertising/marketing/PR communication of TGE may not include discriminatory contents, especially with regard to race, religious beliefs, sex or nationality.
- TGE, as an advertiser, but also the ordering party within advertisement broadcasting in specific media, undertakes to follow the principles of transparency, so that the advert recipients can always identify the message as advertisement.
- TGE undertakes to use in its advertising/marketing/PR communication statistical data and information which are compliant with the facts and presented in a methodologically correct way and which are the most recent as at the moment of creating the advertisement.
- TGE accepts using comparative advertising, which may not be in conflict with good practices, as defined in the provisions on counteracting unfair competition.
