The Management Board of Polish Power Exchange acting pursuant to article 61 clause 2 of the Trading Rules for the Financial Instruments Market of the Polish Power Exchange ("Exchange Regulations"), decides to suspend the annual fee for membership in FIM and the annual fee for using the exchange IT systems set out in the Appendix Exchange fees to the Exchange Regulations, till June 30, 2019.
During the time of suspension, the fees are undue in the amount corresponding to the period of suspension. In this regard, members are exempt from the aforementioned fees. The amount and method of payment of the remaining part of the fees, after the suspension period, will be determined at a later date.
