How to obtain authorization of a grain warehouse?

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE AUTHORIZED WAREHOUSES SYSTEM?

You can choose to participate in the Authorized Warehouses System as:

• An SMA participant providing storage services if you wish to make storage space available against payment to other exchange trading participants in the single-price system, or
• SMA participant not providing storage services if you want to authorize your warehouse for the sale of goods in your own name only in the auction system

   Get acquainted with the rules of participation

   Learn about the terms, conditions and requirements related to participation in the Authorized Warehouses System specified in the Regulations.

   Fill in the application for participation in the Authorized Warehousess System

   Apply for the conclusion of an agreement on participation in the Authorized Warehouses System and the authorization of a warehouse(s), together with the required attachments.

   Pass the authorization control

   You must have at least one warehouse that meets the conditions for authorization. Possible inspection of the warehouse declared by you in the application will be carried out by the Control and Authorization Unit on the request from the Exchange

   Indicate persons to cooperate with the Exchange

   Once you have been granted the status of an SMA participant, the Exchange will train and grant access to the e-RTRS application to the persons you have indicated.
