We inform that the TGE introduces changes to the Detailed Principles of Transaction Cancellation. The amendments have been in force since 15th August 2019 and they are intended to make the process of submitting an application for the cancellation of an erroneous transaction easier for the market participants.
According to the recently approved documents, an application for cancellation of an erroneous transaction will be submitted by sending a completed form, in a pdf file format without the broker's signature, from the broker’s e-mail address, and then confirming it by phone.
The documents have been supplemented with information on the maximum time allowed for submitting a application for transaction cancellation, as well as contact details to the Trading Department.

Additionally, TGE provides a model of the completed application for cancellation of an erroneous transaction together with instructions how to complete the form, as well as an e mail template to be used when submitting the application.

The changes introduced to the Detailed Principles for Transaction Cancellation together with the supporting materials available on the TGE’s website will accelerate the process of filling in and sending the Application for cancellation of an erroneous transaction.
