Market Surveillance Bureau seminar with TGE brokers

On December 9, 2024 - as part of the support provided to trading participants with a view to prevent market abuse - the Market Surveillance Bureau organised a seminar for management staff of trading participants “The exchange trading supervision process carried out by trading participants after changes in REMIT”. The seminar agenda included the following topics:
- REMIT – changes in the directive and their significance for trading participants;
- Ensuring compliance of exchange operations with REMIT;
- Rules for the conduct of trading participants with inside information;
- Benefits of creating a culture of REMIT compliance.
The seminar, thematically related to the seminar held on December 9, 2024, was addressed to management staff to discuss the impact of changes in REMIT on the exchange supervision process carried out by trading participants.
