On 3-5 June 2019, in Arłamów, a place located at the very heart of the Bieszczady Mountains, TGE and IRGiT hosted the 12th edition of their Trading Forum.
As every year, the conference attracted considerable interest from the representatives of the exchange market. This year’s event was attended by over 200 participants, including numerous specialists and experts in natural gas, electricity and property rights markets. Two panels were held during the Trading Forum, namely: “The role of market participants in creating liquidity on the exchange” and “Financial instruments vs. physical delivery”. The participants had also the opportunity to see as many as 11 presentations, which addressed key topics for the energy industry.
Numerous discussions during and after the presentations of the speakers show that the Trading Forum has become a permanent fixture in the calendar of exchange market representatives, and this year’s edition set the bar very high. The organizers are grateful for such a high turnout at the 12th edition of the Trading Forum and already invite the industry members to participate in the next year’s edition of the event.
