TGE’s Management Board appointed for a new term takes up office

• On 29 June 2024, a new term of office for the Management Board of TGE began. Piotr Listwoń was appointed President of the Management Board, Mariusz Buraczyński – Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations and Jaroslaw Ziębiec – Vice-President of the Management Board for Business Development.
• The TGE’s new Management Board was appointed on 6 May 2024 by decisions of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. (for the President of the Management Board) and the Supervisory Board of TGE (for the Vice-Presidents).
• The Financial Supervision Commission has given its approval for Mariusz Buraczyński to take up the office of Vice-President of the TGE’s Management Board.

On 29 June, one day after the Annual Shareholder Meeting approving the company’s financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, the new term of office of the TGE’s Management Board began. Its composition was approved on 6 May 2024 by the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. (for the President of the Management Board) and the Supervisory Board of TGE (for the Vice-Presidents).

The role of the President of the Management Board for the new term was taken over by Piotr Listwoń, previously Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations. Jarosław Ziębiec continues as Vice-President of the Management Board for Business Development, while Mariusz Buraczyński has been appointed Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations – his nomination has been was approved by the Financial Supervision Authority.

The appointment of the President and Members of the TGE’s Management Board was preceded by a competition procedure.
